By registering for and participating in any FLATOUT event you agree to these terms.

All entries are non-refundable. Entries may be transferred to another participant from the ticket page up to 48 hours before the event starts. Junior entries are transferred on request.

Where the defer option was purchased with an entry, a request to defer to a future FLATOUT event must be made at least 48 hours before the event starts. The deferred entry is valid for two years from the original event date.

Participants in adult categories (Solo, Elite, Doubles and Relay) must be 18 or older and confirm they are physically capable of taking part in a high-intensity fitness event.

Junior categories have their own entry requirements. NextGen is open to ages 8–15, and junior SideKicks members require the consent of a parent or guardian, who must complete the registration on their behalf.

FLATOUT and its partners are not liable for injuries sustained during the event.

FLATOUT reserves the right to amend formats, timings, or venues. In the event of cancellation, entries will be refunded in full.
