RELAY brings four people together to take on the FLATOUT course as a team. Each participant completes part of the course before handing over to the next teammate, creating a format built around shared effort and teamwork.
Every transition matters. Communication, pacing, and consistency all play a role in helping teams move through the course efficiently. Teams may approach the challenge differently, but success comes from working together and making every effort count.
Teams are organised into pace groups so participants compete alongside others moving at a similar standard.
