What is Flatout?

FLATOUT is not just a workout — it’s a full race-day challenge built to test your pace, power, and mindset.

You’ll take on 4KM of total running, broken into 8 x 500M runs, with a functional workout station waiting after every run. Each station brings a different challenge, from strength and endurance to control and grit, keeping the race fast, varied, and exciting from start to finish.

Every zone is led by a local gym, giving you expert coaching, support, and energy throughout the course. Add in a live DJ, MCs, spectators, and a unique venue atmosphere, and FLATOUT becomes more than a fitness event — it becomes an experience you feel from the first run to the final sprint.
