PRO DOUBLES is exactly the same course as DOUBLES: the same zones, the same running, the same shared effort between two participants.
One difference. Both of you wear a weighted vest from the start line to the finish: 3kg for women, 5kg for men.
Every run carries more. Every zone costs more. Built for pairs who have the DOUBLES course measured and want the harder version.
