Every station challenges technique as much as conditioning. Waves are grouped by pacing standards so participants compete alongside others aiming for the same level of performance.

You bring the effort. ELITE provides the benchmark.

ELITE division participants are required to wear a weighted vest during the competition. ELITE women will compete wearing a 3kg vest. ELITE men will compete wearing a 5kg vest.
