What is Flatout?

Flatout combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 500m, followed by a functional workout station, repeated eight times and short sprint to finish. A total of 4km running with 8 varied stations.

Each station is owned by a local gym who will guide and coach you through each station.

The race is hosted in unique venues, creating an immersive and unparalleled experience. Each of the zone owners, the MC’s, the DJ and the spectators will support you from the beginning until the finish line.

Every workout and station is built with purpose: balanced loads, controlled movement, and a rhythm that keeps you progressing. Whether you’re aiming for your first event or building toward a personal benchmark, FLATOUT gives your training a focal point.

Tough but achievable. OPEN is made for people who train consistently and want a clear challenge to work towards. The loads are balanced, the pace is demanding, and the course gives you a meaningful benchmark to measure your progress.

Doubles

Two people, one course. Split the stations, support each other and take on the challenge side by side. DOUBLES is built for communication, unity and shared determination.

Relay

Four teammates. Two zones each. Full of energy, fast transition, shared effort - perfect for corporates or returnees to fitness.
