# FLATOUT > FLATOUT is a UK fitness race series. The course is 4KM of running, split into > 8 x 500m runs, alternating with 8 functional workout zones, each zone led by a > local gym. FLATOUT London 2026 takes place 25 to 27 September 2026 at Old > Billingsgate, London, beside Tower Bridge. FLATOUT is built for people who already train two or three times a week and want a race day to aim for. Entries are sold by format and race day. Every entry includes no booking fee, a free event t-shirt, free spectator entry, a free professional race photo, a finisher medal and a FLATOUT patch. ## Event - Event: FLATOUT London 2026 - Dates: 25 to 27 September 2026 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - Venue: Old Billingsgate, 1 Old Billingsgate Walk, London, EC3R 6DX - Format: 4KM total running (8 x 500m) plus 8 functional workout zones - Spectators: free entry with every participant entry ## Race formats and prices - SOLO: GBP 99 per participant. Races Saturday and Sunday. The individual benchmark, achievable if you train two or three times a week. - ELITE: GBP 125 per participant. Races Saturday. Weighted vest, stricter movement standards, competitive waves, cash prizes for the top spot. - DOUBLES: GBP 199 for two participants (GBP 99.50 each). Races Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Two people share one course. - RELAY: GBP 295 for a team of four (GBP 73.75 each). Races Friday and Sunday. Two runs and two zones each. - NEXTGEN: GBP 45, ages 8 to 15. Races Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Age-appropriate distances and loads. - SIDEKICKS: GBP 119 for one adult and one junior. Races Saturday and Sunday.
